EDIBLE CREATIONS POLICY & TERMS OF USE
Below you will find answers to some of the commonly asked questions about our policies and terms of use. If you don’t see the information you are looking for, we encourage you to use the contact form to ask our staff.

ALLERGY WARNING
Edible Creations products may contain nuts or traces of nuts. Please inform us in any case of any allergies to avoid using those items.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
We make every effort to ensure that the gift that is received matches the gift pictured and described as closely as possible. For a number of reasons, we will occasionally run out of a specific item (that is usually on the way) but sometimes there are additional delays from vendors. If this situation occurs, we reserve the right to substitute a product for equal or greater value.
CONTAINERS
All our containers and packaging are designed to complement the arrangement, as well as, accommodate the size. We reserve the right to change the container without sacrificing the size or the quality of the design.
SAFETY REMINDER
Fruit and sweets are usually assembled on sharp skewers. Please, remove fruit and sweets before eating, keep skewers away from small children. Containers/packaging may be glass, plastic, ceramic, cardboard or metal. Keep away from children or animals.
Alcohol Delivery Social Responsibility
Edible Creations has been awarded a License to Operate a Delivery Service for Alcohol #LDS1312223 as of May 17, 2023 issued by Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. As per Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019 and its regulations, we follow mandatory rules to ensure that alcohol is sold and delivered in a socially responsible manner.
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario regulates all alcohol sales/deliveries and ensures that all alcohol containing beverages are:
- Not sold to anyone under Ontario’s legal drinking age of 19 or to intoxicated adults. Edible Creations reserves the right to ask for proof of age whenever the recipient appears to be under 25 years of age. We also reserve the right to decline the sale or service should the recipient appear to be intoxicated. In this case we will deliver the arrangement and refund the price of the alcoholic beverage.
- Can only be delivered to a residence and must be accepted by an individual listed as the “Recipient”. Edible Creations will refuse the delivery of a set containing alcohol to a public place (ex. office, store, etc.) or leave it by the door. In case the recipient is not home, we will try contacting him/her and/or the sender to find an alternative. In some cases, we will have to refund the price of the beverage and leave the arrangement only at the address.
- Delivered in a sealed and unopened container. Delivery person is Smart Serve certified and all the supporting documentation is available upon request.
- Sold and delivered with the arrangement and never on its own.
RETURN POLICY
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. We will try to accommodate requests for delivery reschedule if the item hasn’t left for delivery yet. If your gift arrives damaged in any way we will replace it. Please report any damaged items along with the snapshots of the product to us within 8 hours of receipt.
PRIVACY POLICY
Security – Your privacy is important to us. The personal information you enter on the Merchant Link Pages such as credit card, name, phone number, email and mailing address, are protected. Personal Information – This site may request personally identifiable data from you (“personal information”), Which may include your email address, and other personal information such as your address, telephone number, etc., and in the case of online giving, credit card number and expiration date.
In addition, our web server may automatically recognize and store your email address or the email address of those who communicate with us via email. Edible Creations endeavours to do its best to protect the privacy of your personal information and will not use this information except in connection with your use of this website and for the development of the website so that we can provide you with the highest quality of services. We may use your email address to send you information concerning the organization and this website, unless you advise us that you do not wish to receive this information.
